Terms of Use

PULSS provides a workplace operations platform for managing checks, issues, reporting, and team coordination across sites.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during your active subscription or trial period, for your internal business operations.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown on the billing page and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused subscription time unless required by law.

We may update pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

You must use the platform lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

You must not attempt to access other customers' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

You retain ownership of all data, notes, photos, and other content you upload to the platform.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.

We aim to keep PULSS available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may carry out scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the platform. Where changes materially affect your use, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.

PULSS is a tool to support operational management. It does not replace trained judgement, professional supervision, regulatory compliance procedures, or contractual obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
